This provides your clock with the Central European Time (CET). In order to automatically set your clock to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) used in the UK please follow the following instructions:\n\nPress and hold the time set button on the back of your device until the digits begin to flash on the LCD display the release the time set button.\nPress the time set button to confirm 12 or 24h mode, and again for the hour and for the minute and seconds.
