Enjoy FREE UK shipping on all Mainland orders over £99! For orders under £99, a flat rate of £4.99 applies. (Please note: We charge only £1.99 for fabric samples & offer FREE shipping)
Your order will typically be processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days, getting your fabrics to you swiftly. (fabric depending)
Shopping from outside the UK? We provide reasonable international shipping rates. For an instant quote, just hit the chat button on our homepage! Please include your name, the fabrics and quantities you'd like, and your delivery address, and we'll reply as soon as possible.
We want you to be absolutely delighted with your purchase from Proud Fabrics. If you're not entirely satisfied for any reason, you can return your item for a refund or exchange within 14 days of your purchase date. (Made to order fabrics do not apply as these are custom made)
How to Return a Product:
- Initiate Your Return: Please contact us at proudfabrics@gmail.com to start the return process.
- Secure Packaging: Carefully package the product, ensuring it's protected for transit.
- Shipment: Send your package to the return address provided by our customer service team.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we'll process your refund within 2-3 business days. The refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
Important Exclusions:
To ensure fairness, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom Orders: Items specifically made or cut to your unique specifications.
- "By The Metre" Fabrics: Due to their custom-cut nature.
- Damaged or Altered Products: Items that have been used, cut, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
Please Note:
- Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Damaged/Faulty Items: If your fabric arrives with any damages or faults, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please notify us immediately upon receipt if this is the case.
