Directions for Germination: You can grow these broccoli sprouts in a jar. Place 1 tablespoon of seeds inside a container or jar and pour just enough warm water to soak the sprouting seeds fully. Place and hold a cloth over the opening and with a rubber band. Leave them to soak overnight at room temperature. Next day, empty the water through the cloth, rinse, drain, and replace it. Repeat the rinse twice a day.
