At Orsina, the Caris Blue Speckled Glass Large Vase is admired for its fusion of tinted glass and luminous metal. This Blue Speckled Glass Large Vase features thick turquoise glass shaped into a traditional form that narrows at the top, then meets a striking metallic finish that wraps the body with a textural sheen.
The interplay creates a sophisticated contrast between cool colour and warm reflectivity.
Design and Material:
The glass carries a deep turquoise tone that glows when placed near light. Over portions of the exterior, a textured metallic layer introduces tones of dark gunmetal with hints of bronze, resulting in a finish rich with nuance.
The metal recedes near the neck through a delicate speckled transition, revealing more of the glass and keeping the overall composition light. The opening supports generous stems, while the weight maintains stability, making the vase suitable for consoles and dining tables.
How to Style and Use:
Set the Blue Speckled Glass Large Vase where light can travel through the glass for maximum depth, such as beside a window or beneath a lamp. For flowers, choose white blooms or simple greenery to let the colours sing. As a standalone sculpture, pair it with a stack of books and a small candle for balance.
