Suitable for colouring sugarpaste, royal icing, buttercream, marzipan, cake mix, fudge and many more! Simply add the gel and mix together, continuing to add a little at a time until you achieve the perfect shade.

Ingredients: Glucose syrup; water; sugar; gelling agent: agar E406; acidity regulator: citric acid E330; preservative: potassium sorbate E202; colours: brilliant blue E133, tartrazine E102, sunset yellow E110, carmoisine E122, allura red E129.
