Apply prewash to scalp and roots. Massage in for ten minutes; this step is important. Leave for four hours or overnight if preferred. Wash well once or twice (ideally with a caffeine or antifungal shampoo for best hair growth results but any shampoo you like is fine too) - follow up with a conditioner. Consistency is key; use for at least four months for best results.

Remember that healthy hair starts from within. Ensure you've had blood tests for significant hair loss and that you are replete in iron, zinc, B12, folate and vitamin D.
