Doublebase Once is a unique advanced emollient that is clinically proven to be effective for 24 hours with just one application. Managing dry skin conditions such as eczema, psoriasis and ichthyosis has never been so easy - you can have the confidence that your skin can stay moisturised and protected throughout the day and night without the need for multiple re-applications.
Ingredients
Glycerol 15%, isopropyl myristate 15%, liquid paraffin 15%, steareth-21, macrogol stearyl ether (a soap substitute), ethylhexylglycerin, 1,2-hexanediol, caprylyl glycol, povidone, trolamine, carbomer and purified water.
Directions
For all ages: 1. Gently smooth Doublebase Once over and around all dry skin areas once daily or as often as needed. 2. Use a few gentle strokes to smooth the gel across the skin in the same direction as hair growth (like stroking a cat or dog). If necessary, allow time for any excess to soak in. Do not rub the skin vigorously. 3. When used as a soap substitute for washing, in order to prevent further drying of the skin, use as you would use your normal soap. 4. If you are applying another treatment to the same areas of skin as Doublebase Once, try to avoid mixing the two products. This can be achieved by applying the treatments alternately, leaving sufficient time to allow the previous application to soak in.

Do not use in cases of known sensitivity to any of the ingredients. Keep out of the sight and reach of children. For use on the skin only. As with any product used in large quantities and applied repeatedly over long periods, build-up of dried residue on fabric (clothing, bedding, dressings etc) makes the materials burn more easily and is a serious fire hazard. If using this product, do not smoke or go near naked flames. Washing clothing and bedding may reduce product build-up but not totally remove it.
