Ingredients
Rye Flour 35%, water, wheat flour T70, sour dough (wheat flour, water), yeast (saccharomyces cerevisiae), salt, barley malt, flour treatment agent (wheat flour, dextrose, enzyme: a-amylase, antioxidant: ascorbic acid), coriander, vinegar (it contains sulphite).
Directions
Enjoy them with a Cretan salad, Dakos. Moisten it with water, topped with tomatoes, feta cheese, olive oil, capers or olives and oregano.
