Suggested Use
Use only cold. Perfect for salads, vegetable dishes, soups, sandwich spreads, dressings, risotto, groats, vegetable and fruit smoothies, sauces and fresh bread. It may also be used for home cosmetic care on skin and hair.
Suggested daily intake:
Children aged 2–6 years: ¼–½ teaspoon.
Children aged 6–12 years: ½–1 teaspoon.
Teenagers and adults: 1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon.
1 teaspoon is approximately 5 g of oil.
Storage
Store in a refrigerator or another cool, shaded place at 4–10°C. The best before date can be found on the back label. Natural sediment and colour changes are normal—shake gently before use.
