Create small-batch comfort food with confidence using the From Scratch 18 cm Rectangular Pie Dish, available from Orsina for compact kitchens and careful portioning. Choose this From Scratch Rectangular Pie Dish when you want the taste of home baking with the convenience of easy cleaning and steady heating.
Performance-Focused Construction
A sturdy steel body finished in white enamel with a refined blue rim gives this 18 cm dish its reliable strength and classic appeal. The enamel cooking surface assists with non-stick-style release and promotes even heat transfer across the base and corners. That means flaky pastry, moist sponge puddings, and sauces that thicken without hot spots.
Smart Size for Everyday Cooking
The 18 cm footprint is perfect for single-serve pies, side dishes for two or testing new recipes before scaling up. It slips into toaster-style ovens and narrower shelves and stores efficiently thanks to its straight-sided shape. Use it for individual lasagne portions, roasted tomatoes, mini brownies or as a tidy refrigerator container for next-day lunches.
