Features
- COMPACT DESIGN FOR MAXIMUM MOBILITY: Unlike bulky vests with steel plates, this weighted vest features a short, ergonomic design that allows unrestricted movement during pull-ups, dips, push-ups, and running. Ideal for calisthenics, CrossFit, and strength training, it provides resistance without limiting your range of motion.
- ADJUSTABLE WEIGHTS 1-10KG: The metal blocks can be individually removed from the vest in a few simple steps, allowing the weight to be adjusted in 1kg increments.
- SECURE AND ADAPTABLE FIT FOR ALL BODY TYPES: Designed with an adjustable closure system, this weight vest ensures a snug and comfortable fit for men and women. It stays firmly in place during high-impact exercises like sprints, jumps, and bodyweight movements, preventing unnecessary shifting or discomfort.
- VERSATILE FOR STRENGTH, CARDIO, AND ENDURANCE: Whether for calisthenics, CrossFit, running, or gym workouts, this vest adds extra resistance to build muscle, increase stamina, and improve cardiovascular fitness. A must-have for those looking to intensify bodyweight training and boost athletic performance.
- WEARING COMFORT: The padding and soft interior make the vest comfortable to wear. In addition, the Weight Vest is individually adjustable for every body type.
