Directions
Wet your body with warm water in the shower or bath. Dispense a small amount (about a quarter-sized amount) of the body wash onto your hands or a washcloth. Gently massage the body wash over your skin in a circular motion, creating a rich, creamy lather. Focus on areas like your arms, legs, torso, and back. Rinse the body wash thoroughly off your skin with warm water. Make sure to wash away all the lather. Pat your skin dry with a clean towel. Avoid vigorously rubbing the skin. For best results, use the body wash 1-2 times per day as part of your regular bathing routine.
