The cookware is compatible with gas, electric, induction, ceramic, glass and halogen stovetops. Thanks to the even heat conductivity feature of this product, cooking at MEDIUM heat (approx. 248F, 120C) is usually enough, and is also good for nutrition preservation. Oven safe to 400F (200C).
