In the times of ancient Egypt, ancient Greece and the Romans, body care was basic. These cultures used soda, milk or basic soap for body care. Previously, all elderly care was operated with liquid lubricating soap with basic values of over pH 9.0. In the ancient cultures of Japan and Mexico, even hours of basic bathing pools are tradition and are still practiced there for the benefit of body and soul. In the proven tradition of basic body care, MeineBase stands with a pH value of pH 8.0 - pH 8.5, depending on the initial value and hardness of tap water. For full baths, a bath temperature of 36° - 38°C or for foot baths of 38° - 41°C. The bath time should be 30 minutes, ideally 45-60 minutes or longer. For a full bath you need three and a heaped tablespoon. One heaped teaspoon is enough for wraps, rinses and foot baths. Applications include basic stockings, basic leg warmers, basic underarm cushions, neck and forehead wrap, basic body wrap, basic coat and basic body wrap cloth. MeineBase is also ideal for massage, sauna, steam bath, dental care and basic conditioners for soothing body care. Basic salt scrubs, e.g. after sports, and mild and basic baby and child care round off the range of applications. Stay true to the ancient tradition of basic body care. MeineBase provides soothing cleansing and self-greasing of the skin and gives it a pleasant suppleness.
