To prepare an espresso using Lavazza coffee, grind 18-20 grams of coffee to a fine consistency. Warm up your espresso machine to the ideal brewing temperature between 195-205 degrees Fahrenheit (90-96 degrees Celsius). Tamp the coffee grounds evenly and attach the portafilter to the espresso machine. Extract a 30 ml shot of espresso, which should take approximately 25-30 seconds. Enjoy your freshly brewed espresso.
