Usage method:
Bath: dissolve magnesium flakes in water at a temperature of + 37° C, in a ratio of 200g per 100 liters of water. Take a bath for a duration of 20 minutes.
Foot Soak: dissolve magnesium flakes in water at a temperature of + 37° C, in a ratio of 10g per 5 liters of water. Make a foot soak for a duration of 20 minutes. Use your regular foot cream or lotion for extra hydration.
