Le Fruit de MONIN Peach has the profile of sweetness with an acidic tang on the palate. The rich texture comes across well in drinks as it adds a richness to the overall drink. Peaches are thought to have originated in China and historically have mystical properties linked with longevity of life to those who ate them. Le Fruit de MONIN Peach can be used in Lemonades, iced teas, frappes, cocktails and mocktails. The most famous use of Peach in a drink is the world famous Bellini created in Venice in the 20th Century.

Sugar, peach puree, natural flavouring, thickening agent: pectin, preservative agent: potassium sorbate, acidifying agent: citric acid. Contains 50.1% peach puree.

Directions

Use 15-20ml per serve for hot drinks, 10-25ml for cocktails, 20-30ml for frappes and milkshakes, depending on recipe
