A premium quality traditional Italian crunchy almond biscuit made to an old family recipe. Using artisanal methods, it is first baked in the shape of a French loaf, then cut into thin slices and put back in the oven to brown until reaching a golden colour and crunchy texture. A tasty, popular biscuit which can be enjoyed with dessert wine at the end of a meal, with espresso, cappuccino coffee or tea.
