Materials and Finish

Styling and Use Ideas
Place the pastel blue silicone mould on a baking sheet for steady transfer in and out of the oven. Use fluted sides to shape a pastry border that holds fruit neatly. After baking, let the pie cool, then peel the silicone away for clean edges. For no-bake desserts, set mousse or cheesecake mixtures and unmould for a polished look.
