Elegant, seamless and simple design. Each blade is etched in with the ‘Sabatier Professional’ logo, proudly displaying the heritage these precision knives have, together with the quality of steel mark.

These well balanced knives have blades that are produced from a single piece of high carbon stainless steel that is precision ground and hand honed for a perfect cutting edge. This is then connected to the black rubberised handle via a strong ‘over-moulding’ technique.
