Supplied in pairs: 2 ankle weights with additional weights for particularly effective cardiovascular exercises. Each weight is adjustable from 0.45 kg to 2.3 kg in total with both: 0.9 kg - 4.5 kg.

Adjustable weights: 5 individual weight bags, each bag weighs approx. 0.45 kg, so the total weight can be adjusted from 0.9 kg to 4.5 kg depending on the desired intensity. The weight cuffs are the perfect choice for beginners as you can gradually increase the weight.
