To create these balsamic vinegars with Thyme Honey and Merlin Orange, these four Cretan grape varieties have been matured in wooden barrels and combined with the respective ingredients. So, this combination creates unique balsamic vinegar with extremely sweety and velvety taste. Those Balsamic Vinegars can be used for marinades and as dressing. Directions
