Vita Coco, Original and Extra coconut water is made from real coconuts, picked from the tropics and does not contain any artificial flavours. There is a small amount of natural fructose—less than 1%—added to standardise the taste across batches as the product is natural and comes from different parts of the world with different levels of sunlight so the less then 1% is added to ensure the taste the same no matter where you pick up your Vita Coco across the world. The drink is shelf-stable thanks to flash pasteurisation, so you won't find preservatives listed in the ingredients. It’s shelf-stable unopened and can last up to 12 months. Its recommended to be chilled before serving and once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within about 24–72 hours for best taste and freshness.
