How To Use Epoxy Resin Glue
� Clean and prepare the surfaces to be bonded.
②Mix Agent A and Agent B in a 1:1 ratio, using a mixing board to ensure even mixing.
③Apply the mixed epoxy resin evenly to the surfaces to be bonded within 5 minutes. Align and bond the parts, and use clamps to fix if necessary.
④5-minute working time: Bond the parts within 5 minutes, including adjusting the position and applying pressure.
1-hour functional cure: Let the bonded parts cure naturally for 1 hour without moving.
24 hours to reach full strength: for the best bonding effect.
Note:
1. The actual working time is related to the ambient temperature and humidity. The higher the temperature and the greater the humidity, the actual working time will be less than 5 minutes. The lower the temperature and the lower the humidity, the actual working time will be more than 5 minutes.
2. We provide lids of different colors. Please pay attention to the colors of AB glue before use. Do not mix up the lids.
