Move roasts with confidence using Orsina's Welby poultry lifter. Orsina designed this two-pronged tool to help you lift cooked poultry from the roasting pan or grill while keeping hands away from steam and splashes. Balanced prongs support the bird securely so you can transfer it to a board for resting and carving with less mess.
Key Features and Benefits
- Two-pronged poultry lifter engineered to raise whole birds neatly from pan or grill.
- Helps reduce contact with hot surfaces and liquids during transfer.
- Angled design supports even weight distribution for steadier lifting.
- The compact footprint stores easily with carving knives and tongs.
- Useful for roast chicken, turkey crowns, and larger joints that benefit from controlled movement.
Materials and Finish
Constructed for reliable kitchen use with a smooth, easy-to-clean surface. The lifter is shaped to resist flex during lifting while remaining comfortable to hold.
Styling and Use Ideas
Slide the lifter under a roast to transfer it to a carving board without damaging crisp skin. Use it to lift poultry from a grill when basting so juices drain cleanly back into the tray. Pair with a carving fork to stabilise the bird while moving it to a platter. On busy holiday cook days, rest the bird on a cooling rack set over a tray and use the lifter to reposition it as you prepare sides. Keep it beside your roasting pan so it is ready at the moment the timer sounds.
