Combine Koleston Perfect with Welloxon Perfect at a 1:1 ratio. For different levels of lightening, mix with Welloxon Perfect at varying concentrations (e.g. 12%, 9%, or 6%). Leave the dye on for a certain amount of time depending on the desired level of lightening. Refer to the product pages for specific recommendations and mixing proportions.
