Directions
After lightening the hair color with Wella Blondor, apply Wellaplex No. 2 bond stabilizers (optional). Mix the desired Shinefinity shade 1:1 with the activator and apply to dry or towel-dried hair. Distribute the color evenly by combing through the hair. Process for 10-20 minutes, then rinse.
