The White Papier Mache Lamp introduces sculptural shape and tonal contrast to side tables, consoles, and bedside settings. A rounded white base is paired with a black raffia drum shade, creating a monochrome profile that feels both modern and timeless.
At 61 centimetres tall, it delivers presence without overpowering the surface, making it a versatile lighting accent for many rooms.
Design and Materials
The hand-formed papier-mâché base has a gently textured finish that reads 'artisanal' in natural light. Its clean white tone reflects illumination upward into the black raffia shade, producing a warm, focused glow that is ideal for reading corners and living room ambience. The raffia weave adds subtle texture that complements linens, bouclé, and smooth lacquered furniture.
Benefits and Styling Tips
- A monochrome palette suits contemporary and classic interiors.
- Textured shade softens light for a comfortable evening atmosphere.
- 61 centimetre height works well as a single statement or as a symmetrical pair.
- Ideal on consoles, bedside tables, and living room side tables
How to place it
Set the White Papier Mache Lamp on a wood- or marble-topped table to highlight the contrast between textures. Combine with a black-framed photo or a white ceramic vase to echo the palette.
For a hotel-inspired bedroom look, style a pair on either side of the bed and complete the scene with crisp bedding and a textured throw.
