To use Wholefood Earth Epsom Salts, begin by filling your bathtub with warm water. The recommended water temperature is comfortable to the touch. Next, slowly pour salts into bathwater, dispersing them evenly. For a standard-sized bathtub, we suggest adding 1-2 cups of salts, adjusting amount based on personal preference.
