It also includes a variety of vitamins and minerals. It is also a good source of fibre.

✔ INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: Soak in hot water or vegetable stock for 10-15 minutes until the chunks have expanded prior to cooking (roughly 1 cup TVP to 7/8 cups stock) Once fully expanded & water has been soaked up it is ready to use. Add to stir-fries, curries & cook until warmed through completely.
