The Zengo Large Earthenware Vase by Orsina stands out with dusky tones and a bold geometric grid. Orsina finishes the surface in a light-catching glaze so the dark brown pattern plays against a black ground, while small rounded shoulders temper the vertical lines. Individually handcrafted, this black earthenware vase adds graphic order to living rooms and dining areas without feeling severe.
Key Features and Benefits
- Black earthenware vase with a dark brown geometric grid pattern.
- A glazed finish reflects ambient light for nuanced depth.
- Rounded shoulders soften the strong linear motif.
- Handcrafted uniqueness: no two vases are exactly alike.
- Mix-and-match friendly with white and pastel ceramics.
Materials and Finish
Earthenware is glazed for a subtle sheen that brightens the dusky palette. The dark brown grid stands proud against the black body, emphasising structure across the curve of the vessel.
Placement
Use the black earthenware vase to anchor a dining table centrepiece, steady a console beneath artwork, or bring definition to open shelving.
Styling and Use Ideas
Pair with pale ceramics to heighten contrast, or add a pastel bowl for a softer conversation of colours. Tall stems of willow or reed accentuate the grid's vertical rhythm. In minimalist rooms, let it be the singular graphic element among quiet textures.
Why Orsina
